Pilgrim trails

Make a pilgrimage to the Volkenroda Abbey, where the Christ Pavilion from EXPO 2000 in Hanover has been integrated into the monastery complex. You can also explore the sights in the immediate vicinity, such as the Opfermoor Vogtei, an open-air museum at a Germanic cult site, or the Seebach ornithological station.



Those who prefer cycling can vigorously pedal along the Unstrut river on the Unstrut cycle path or the Unstrut-Werra cycle path.
