Thuringian Winery Bad Sulza

The Thuringian winery in Bad Sulza was founded in 1992 as the first winery in Thuringia and looks back on a long tradition. Today it is one of the largest private wineries in the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region.

The Clauß family and their 16 employees cultivate the vineyards around the Bad Sulza district of Sonnendorf and Auerstedt with passion and expertise. In the sun-drenched "Bad Sulzaer Sonnenberg" and "Auerstedter Tamsel" vineyards, a wide range of grape varieties thrive and are vinified into high-quality wines.
