For all visitors to the city of Mühlhausen, as well as local residents, the Mühlhausen Tourist Information Office will be open on 24 December 2025 and 31 December 2025 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and on other working days (Monday to Friday) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. On 25 December 2025, 26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026, the office at Ratsstraße 20 will be closed.

Guests who would like to explore the city can take part in a public guided tour at 11 a.m. on 24 December 2025, 27 December 2025 and 31 December 2025. The meeting point for the 1.5-hour tour is the Tourist Information Office at Ratsstraße 20. A public mulled wine walk starting at the Bratwurst Museum will be offered on 27 December 2025 and 3 January 2026 at 2.30 p.m. Small groups have the opportunity to book a private city tour by appointment.
