With its medieval charm, Mühlhausen is one of the most interesting towns in Thuringia. An almost entirely preserved town wall, the town hall, eleven Gothic churches, winding alleyways and stone and half-timbered town houses characterise the town’s appearance.

During a guided tour, there are many sights and unique features to discover in the old town. Friendly and knowledgeable guides are on hand to welcome visitors. They’ll share interesting facts, history and, of course, a few ‘tales’ along the way.

The meeting point for the tour is the Tourist Information Centre at Ratsstraße 20. Further information is available by calling 03601 40 47 70. Booking is recommended. The participation fee is €8.00 per person.
