Snack at the parking lot "Fuchsfarm"

In the middle of the Hainich National Park at the parking lot "Fuchsfarm" is the "Brotzeit" - a rustic hut with rustic flair.

We are a stop for hikers, cyclists, campers, simply for all who are hungry and thirsty or all those who crave for company. We use mainly regional organic ingredients for our dishes, such as soups, snacks, cakes, ... which we lovingly prepare, cook, fry or bake ourselves.
