St. Boniface Village Church in Bollstedt

The St. Boniface Church is located in the centre of the Mühlhausen district of Bollstedt. The sacred building is surrounded by the churchyard, which was once a cemetery. The medieval predecessor church, originally dedicated to St. Nicholas, was destroyed and demolished during the Thirty Years' War. In the second half of the 17th century, the church was rebuilt in Gothic style as a hall with a mansard roof.

The church is Protestant and is cared for by the church district of Mühlhausen. Church services are held regularly.
