In the Bowling-Treff of the Thüringentherme Mühlhausen, groups can use three bowling lanes for sporting activities. Beverage and food service is possible. There are seating facilities and a bar. In addition to the sporting use, the equipment is also available for family celebrations, company parties or similar. (closed company from a certain number of persons without room rent) is possible. Enjoy a versatile swimming area with a total of over 1,100 m² of water surface in the outdoor pool Schwanenteich in Mühlhausen, which opened in 2020.

Awaiting you is a swimmer's pool with six 25-meter lanes, a diving pool with a 1-meter board and a 3-meter diving tower, an adventure pool with a 16-meter long wide slide and a 140 m² water playground for exuberant swimming fun. Barrier-free access is provided. The pools are heated by over 500 m² of solar mats using solar energy and guarantee a pleasant water temperature. When the sun is not shining, they cool down accordingly.

A separate children's pool with an adjacent adventure playground awaits the little water rats.

A large part of the beautiful tree population of the old Mühlhausen open-air swimming pool is still preserved today and provides shade just as it did in the days of our grandparents more than 60 years ago.

The infrastructure has been completely changed with a cashier's building, a building for changing rooms, toilets (barrier-free), showers and the technical building with the swimming pool attendant's office and first aid room.

If you are feeling a little hungry in the meantime, or even very hungry, a bistro and an ice cream parlor on the premises will provide you with all kinds of delicious food, drinks and, of course, lots of ice cream.

Due to a good traffic connection, directly at the B 249 and a stop of the public regional bus service, you can reach the open-air swimming pool without any problems. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby.

Skate - Bike & Co. - for (almost) everything that has wheels and rollers. Our main hall with the skatepark covers approx. 2200 m². In addition, there is a 470 m² covered area in front of the park, which invites you to relax and unwind.

In addition, there is the side hall and the former entrance area, which was destroyed by an arson attack, and which together have a size of approx. 1500 m². These are currently under demolition to create something new for you afterwards! There are many more projects in planning to make the skatepark as attractive as possible!

Mühlhausen's first Escape Room awaits you!

Entertainment, a sharp mind, the gift of deduction and team play make a live escape game a very special pastime. You will be locked up for 60 minutes in lovingly decorated, themed rooms. You will have to find your way out by solving tricky puzzles, using your dexterity and the skillful teamwork of your group. Not everyone will get out in time! Are you up for the challenge? Two to six players can compete in a team. Minimum age is 14 years. Children over the age of 10 are welcome if accompanied by an adult. You are also welcome to bring your dog, as long as he is house trained. Our story: Mysterious criminal case from 1968 still unsolved. The unexplained death of the Mühlhausen photographer K. Römer led to the mental insanity of the investigating officers during the investigation 50 years ago. The photographer's apartment was shut down for fear of further cases. According to current findings, the rooms can now be entered safely for up to 60 minutes. However, staying longer poses great danger. Use these 60 minutes to solve the mysterious death of the photographer!

The multigenerational house "Geschwister Scholl" has established itself as a leisure and educational meeting place for students and young people. Under the management of the Mühlhausen city council, the focus is placed on youth house work, especially open youth work. The house with its spatial and content-related possibilities is ideal for this.

Since 2008 it is called "Everything under one roof". The facility has expanded its use as a multi-generation house. There is no question that youth work will continue to be the focus. However, the house is to become a meeting place for ALL generations, a place where young and old meet again as a matter of course.
