"Home and the world on a plate" - this is the headline of the current Slow Food Guide Germany about the Lengefelder Warte restaurant. For a long time, chef Stefan Sander traveled to the best international kitchens before returning to his parents' business. High-quality products, depending on season and availability, are refined with flavors from all over the world.
