Apartment no. 2 (2nd floor): In the attic on the 2nd floor I offer you for 2-3 persons on approx. 30 sqm a likewise complete apartment with combined living-bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) , TV, music system of a completely new kitchen, equipped with coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, combined stove with oven and integrated microwave, radio, dining table with bench and 2 chairs. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub, washbasin. The toilet with washbasin is located in a separate room.

Our apartments are ideally located, to the old town it is about 10 min walk.

A bus stop for the city line is about 80m from our house. Shopping facilities such as 2 supermarkets, bakery, beverage dealer as well as medical center, pharmacy, savings bank and hairdresser are within 5 min. walking distance. Pets only on request. For each apartment is a car parking space free of charge. Storage facilities for bicycles are available.
