Our vacation apartment is located on a four-sided farm, in the center of the national park community Kammerforst. It is accessible by an outside staircase and a pergola. The vacation apartment has a size of about 84 m² and is spread over two floors. On the lower level there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table. Here is also the separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the upper level there are two bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds respectively. An extra bed can be added. Seating on the pergola and in the beautiful courtyard invite you to relax. The large garden with sitting area, beer garden and barbecue are ideal for families with children. From the courtyard you can reach the experience and show forge as well as a showroom for our hand-forged damask knives and damask jewelry. Of course, you can participate in forging events and experience the production of Damascus steel live. Watch the blacksmith at work or forge your own knife, whatever you decide, this demonstration will be unforgettable. Kammerforst is an ideal starting point for hikes in the Hainich National Park at any time of the year. Our region offers many sights and excursion destinations.
